A different kind of advisory relationship
Occasionally, we work directly with founders, operators, and senior leaders navigating inflection points: a new venture, a strategic pivot, a career transition. We bring perspective shaped by a wide range of operating and investing experience, and we structure engagements so that everyone at the table has something at stake and a reason to be direct.
Thinking partner, not consultant
No deliverables, no workshops, no decks. We work through problems together: strategy, growth, what to do when the plan stops working. That only helps if we can be completely direct.
Aligned incentives
We structure engagements around outcomes: equity participation, contingent fees, or shared upside. If we don’t believe we can move the needle, we’ll say so upfront.
Selective by design
We take on one or two engagements at a time. The best advisory relationships lead to investment alongside, and both deserve our full attention.
The best conversations start with a question
If you’re navigating something where this kind of thinking could help, we’d like to hear about it.
